Fresh Produce & Food
Fresh produce & food, such as wheatgrass or microgreens, is inherently perishable. While we strive to make sure every item leaving our facility meets are strict quality standards, it is always possible we have made an error. If you are not happy with something, we promise to do our best to be fair and make things right.
We DO NOT accept returns for food due to their perishable nature and food safety concerns. If you believe your produce has spoiled within 2 days of receiving it (via home delivery or a shipment) it may be eligible for a refund or credit at our discretion. Please hold the product in your refrigerator and make note of the “cut on” or “use by” date found on your item, then please contact us at info@microwarriorgreens.ca or call us at (64)309-1521.
If you ordered a package of fresh produce and the order was delayed in transit due to an address error (provided by customer), shipper delay, or is not stored properly (ex. refrigerated), your order is likely not eligible for credit.
