INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Avocados
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1/4 tsp (1ml) salt
- 2/3 cup (160ml) roughly chopped sunflower shoots
- 1 or 2 finely cut clove of garlic
- 1/4 cup finely cut onion
- 4 or 5 cherry tomatoes cut in 1/4
DIRECTIONS:
- Mash avocado in bowl with garlic and salt
- Add lemon juice
- Once avocado is a consistency you like, stir in remaining ingredients.
- Mix Well. Taste add salt accordingly.
