INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Package of your choice of mushrooms, we suggest oyster and/or shiitake,
- 1 Cup of Pea Microgreens (feel free to experiment and find which greens you prefer!)
- 1 Cup of Baby Spinach
- 3 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 Medium onion
- 1 two inch piece of ginger
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- Choice of dumpling wrapper
DIRECTIONS:
- Prep ingredients, dice all vegetables into small cubes, mince garlic, onions and ginger.
- In a wok (preferably) stir-fry the onion, garlic and ginger in oil for 10 minutes. Add mushrooms, microgreens and spinach. Add spices and bring to medium-low heat and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
- Once ingredients are cooked, put in a bowl and let sit until your filling is a temperature you can work with.
- Follow instructions on dumpling packages for any prep needed for your wrapping.
- Fill, Fold, Steam for 12 minutes and enjoy! Ensure dumplings are not touching will they are being cooked.
