INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Package of rice paper wrappers
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 package of vermicelli noodles
- 1 package your choice of mushrooms
- 1 baby Napa cabbage
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 1 tomato
- 1 Cup of your choice of microgreens
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- Hoisin sauce
DIRECTIONS:
- Prep ingredients, slice all vegetables into thin strips, dice cilantro and microgreens.
- In a wok (preferably) stir-fry the Napa cabbage and mushrooms in olive oil and soy sauce for about 10 minutes set aside in bowls for later.
- Follow instructions on rice paper wrapping to prepare wraps (usually briefly soak in warm water).
- Fill, Roll and Enjoy!
- Use Hoisin or your preferred sauce to dip.
